Selon les informations du journal <strong>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00c9l\u00e9phant D\u00e9cha\u00een\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, le <strong>commissariat du 40e arrondissement<\/strong> a transmis, le <strong>jeudi 6 mars 2025<\/strong>, son rapport d\u2019enqu\u00eate au <strong>parquet de Bingerville<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s avoir men\u00e9 plusieurs <strong>auditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des auditions qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lent des manipulations \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au total, <strong>13 plaignants<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 entendus par la police, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant des faits pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s de <strong>faux et usage de faux, ainsi que d\u2019appropriation ill\u00e9gale de terrains<\/strong>. Parmi les <strong>mis en cause<\/strong>, on retrouve :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kom\u00e9 Bakary<\/strong>, principal suspect dans cette affaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Traor\u00e9 Gnounvi\u00e9<\/strong> et <strong>deux clercs de commissaires de justice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les investigations ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que <strong>plus de 100 pages stick\u00e9es<\/strong> auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 <strong>arrach\u00e9es des guides fonciers et remplac\u00e9es<\/strong> \u00e0 l\u2019insu de la <strong>chefferie de Djorogobite-2<\/strong>. De faux <strong>compulsoires<\/strong> auraient \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur des guides <strong>ne correspondant pas \u00e0 ceux d\u00e9tenus par la chefferie<\/strong>, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une confusion totale sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des terrains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ouverture d\u2019une instruction judiciaire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suite \u00e0 ces r\u00e9v\u00e9lations, le <strong>parquet de Bingerville<\/strong> a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>ouvrir une instruction judiciaire<\/strong> afin d\u2019\u00e9tablir les responsabilit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rents acteurs impliqu\u00e9s. L\u2019objectif sera de d\u00e9terminer <strong>l\u2019\u00e9tendue des fraudes<\/strong> et de <strong>sanctionner les auteurs<\/strong> des irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s d\u00e9tect\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une affaire qui d\u00e9fraie la chronique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce scandale foncier, qui secoue la <strong>r\u00e9gion de Bingerville<\/strong>, fait partie d\u2019une <strong>s\u00e9rie de plus de 25 enqu\u00eates<\/strong> ouvertes par <strong>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00c9l\u00e9phant D\u00e9cha\u00een\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> sur la zone de <strong>Djorogobite-2<\/strong>.
