Lors d&rsquo;un \u00e9change avec le ministre <strong>Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 Kon\u00e9<\/strong>, Siro a exprim\u00e9 son indignation face \u00e0 une situation o\u00f9 un individu, <strong>Monsieur Dagni Robert<\/strong>, aurait acquis 61 lots alors qu&rsquo;il ne serait pas originaire du village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019artiste affirme que son propre terrain de <strong>600 m\u00b2 \u00e0 M&rsquo;Bandon<\/strong> se retrouve au c\u0153ur d\u2019un conflit, car il porte deux noms diff\u00e9rents. Selon lui, un certain <strong>Monsieur Kouebo St Cyr<\/strong>, un juriste travaillant au minist\u00e8re, d\u00e9tiendrait un <strong>Arr\u00eat\u00e9 de Concession D\u00e9finitive (ACD)<\/strong> sur sa parcelle. Une situation qu&rsquo;il trouve injuste et qui soul\u00e8ve des interrogations sur la gestion des titres fonciers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La R\u00e9ponse du Ministre Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 Kon\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face aux inqui\u00e9tudes exprim\u00e9es par Siro, le ministre <strong>Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 Kon\u00e9<\/strong> a tenu \u00e0 rassurer en expliquant le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me foncier ivoirien. Selon lui, <strong>un terrain ne peut pas avoir deux ACD distincts<\/strong>. Le ministre a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que si un ACD a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;un titre foncier a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9, et celui-ci est unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a cependant reconnu qu\u2019il pouvait y avoir des erreurs ou des <strong>man\u0153uvres frauduleuses impliquant certains agents du minist\u00e8re<\/strong>, tout en affirmant que des <strong>mesures ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 prises<\/strong> pour sanctionner les auteurs de tels agissements. Le <strong>Directeur Kra Kouma<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9 pour examiner et r\u00e9gler cette affaire particuli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le Probl\u00e8me R\u00e9current des Litiges Fonciers en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce litige met en lumi\u00e8re un <strong>probl\u00e8me r\u00e9current dans la gestion fonci\u00e8re ivoirienne<\/strong>. L&rsquo;acquisition des terres, notamment en milieu urbain, est souvent entach\u00e9e de <strong>dossiers irr\u00e9guliers, de conflits d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats et parfois de fraudes<\/strong> impliquant des agents publics ou des promoteurs peu scrupuleux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 cette situation, le <strong>gouvernement ivoirien tente de renforcer la transparence<\/strong> dans la gestion des titres fonciers et encourage les citoyens \u00e0 <strong>v\u00e9rifier la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 de leurs documents<\/strong> avant toute transaction.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019affaire opposant Siro \u00e0 des pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s acqu\u00e9reurs de son terrain montre \u00e0 quel point la gestion fonci\u00e8re reste un <strong>d\u00e9fi majeur<\/strong> en C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire. L\u2019intervention du ministre Bruno Nabagn\u00e9 Kon\u00e9 laisse esp\u00e9rer une <strong>r\u00e9solution rapide<\/strong> de ce dossier.
